Scripting in AACC

Is there a way to build scripts in AACC without using the Orchestration Designer? If so is there a setting that needs to be changed to allow this?

Here is some more detail. The master script is built and we are able to build new text format scripts. What we want to do is change the existing scripts to a text based scripts. Is this possible and if so where does this get changed?

If you upgraded from a previous release, the Master Script will still be in text format. If you are building it as 'new', you can use the contact router or it must be a call flow.

Right click on the flow you want to convert to script, select export and then there will be an option to convert the flow to script. If your experienced in script writing you will notice that the converted script is not very efficient and you may wish to simplify it but the script should work without any issues.
