I am using Sharepoint 2003 and need to be able to create a large number of views for a particular table.

The only difference in the views is that they are filtered by a field with an incrementing counter. In other words View 1 will have a filter of field = 1. View 2 is field = 2 etc. Otherwise they are exactly the same as the All Item view.

I was hoping that there was some sort of script (either within sharepoint or external) that I could use to automate this repititive task.

I am a user of the software with my own site, but not the application administrator. So the solution needs to be something that does not require special permissions, IT dept. work or the purchase of new modules.

Is that possible?
