Script to stop running jobs ,e-mail them and continue cloning

Whether any one has any script that runs at the cron tab level in a unix networker server for

1. Stopping the running jobs (after)at a particular time
2. Also it should report which jobs that had got aborted/ stopped Daily/weekly and email them to a mailid
3. After stopping/aborting the jobs it should still coninue to clone the jobs
