script to run the Jnlp(java) automatically

Hi, can anyone please tell me if there is some sort of script that I can create to automate the Jnlp process? This instance of Jnlp file runs on win2003 server. As of now, the only way to trigger the process is login as the user all the time and launch the jnlp file.
