Hello all-

My parent company on the West Coast is looking to change their parent DNS name/Exchange server host name. My subsidiary company on the East Coast will need to have every Outlook Client touched and changed to whatever their new DNS name/Exchange server they point to and also have other Outlook client settings changed.

Isn't there a Resource Kit command and/or vbscript that can handle this change. It will need to be done for over 500 pc's and was thinking theres a better way than sneakernetting for all of this. something close to what cusrmgr.exe (Win2K-RSKT tool)but with more options to make changes for Outlook client info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK they client's will NOT need to be updated so long and the Domain's MX records are still point to the right server. (Unless you're changing the entire Domain, anyway!)
