Script to launch programs on startup

I'm sure there is a way...I just don't know how to do it. Can you create a .vbs that will run on startup in WIN 2k/XP that will launch 3 different Extra Sessions and Lotus Notes?

You could also drag your program shortcuts over to the users StartMenu StartUp folder.
