Script to check Disk Space 1

Hi,

I am looking at writing a script which can pull up the available Free Space on a particular disk/drive whenever the script is run.
I am not sure where to start? Pls. help with this regard.

For Example, I am looking for if the available free space on D: today on a machine is 3.0 GB then it should return the same and similarly if tomorrow the avaialable disk space is 2.5GB it should return the same data when the script is run.
