script to backup only newest .bak file??

I have a windows server 2003 that does a nightly backup of our accounting software and backsup our SQL server. The company that set it up keeps the last 10 days of backup which is in the format .bak.

I have recently setup a MOZY backup solution. The problem is that I only want to backup the newest .bak file, I dont have the room to backup all 10 of them. Is there a script that will move the newest .bak file into a separate folder which could then be backed up to the MOZY server?

I really dont know much about scripting, so any help is appreciated. thanks
