Our PDF files contain letter size and legal size paper. We want to write a Java script that will automatically change the print dialog options for the correct size of paper and prevent (or prompt) the user from printing all of the pages to the incorrect paper size. In addition, our PDFs contain annotations which are not designed to be printed. We want to be able to make the default print dialog box re annotations to be unchecked. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I wanted this too, also autmaticly select the printer. Unfortunately I haven't found the answer, and someone told this wasn't possible
.
But if you by now have found a solution PLEASE let me, it would be greatly appreciated!.
