Script to automate user creation in Exchange/Active Directory

Hi All,

I am the Administrator in charge of user creation in my company. we us MS Exchange as our exchange server.I create and manage hundreds of users everyday.

Can anybody give a script or a way to automate creation of multiple names in diffrent groups in Active directory.
