Script that display messages when user log on to windows 2000 server

I'm a new administrator that was hired to administer win2000.I have little knowledge in win2000 but when come to scripting....my knowledge is like an egg.

i was hoping somebody can help me to write a script when a user log on to windows 2000....i want to pop up a text file displaying company computer policy in read only mode and when the user close the file, a pop screen appears saying the user name has aggree on the policy mention and press ok to continue.....

i not especting anybody to write me a full code on it....but at lease some guide,link and command that i can take as a first step to do my job....

anybody can help me? Thanx in advance

Look under Security Options using Group Policy (assuming you have AD installed?). See if that fits the bill.
