Script not executing using Apache under a CName Vhost

I have a web form that uses PHP on a Apache Web Server. When the user clicks the submit button it does not execute the script -- instead it redirects the user to the directory index. And I know the script works fine under a different domain. I have a Virtual Host set up for a CName (the DNS & domain is actually hosted by a different server, but the PHP script is on the same server as the CName virtual host -- my server). Any help would be appreciated!
