You can't place an HTML Javascript reference tag in Flash! Place it in an HTML.

The tag seems to be for displaying a SWF banner in a web page. If you want to place an external SWF in your movie, use [tt]loadMovie()/loadMovieNum()/loadClip()[/tt].
