I would like to create a script that after the caller speak to a live agent. the live agent initiate a disconnect and symposium would take the call back to allow the caller to complete a survey. Can this be down?
Not that I'm aware of. We have looked at this a couple of ways.
1.) Before handing the caller off to the agent, ask them if they would like to participate in a survey, if yes, gather their phone number and then call them back later.
2.) Have the agent transfer the caller to a CDN which is your Symposium based survey.
