script error in outlook express

A user is getting an Internet Explorer script error when trying to print emails, though he can print any attachments ok. The error includes "URL res//c:\windoes\system\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg".

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Check the Microsoft KB for article Q308260. Installing the latest scripting engine solved the problem for me awhile back.
