Script emulator for MS Win machnies

Does anyone know if a tool exists that will allow me to run Unix scripting on an MS Win machine.

e.g.: I want to practice Unix scripting and don't have access to a Unix machine.

Or, any other ways to accomplish this ??

Downloaded the Cygwin product and gave it a quick run-through. Seems to work pretty well. Doesn't have all Unix commands available, but is a great way to emulate a Unix environment.
