script email confirmation 1

I am somewhat new to FM6. I am interested in creating an email for every order that is put into FM and have it send what is being order and when the order was received and such. I can create the form and even the script to launch the form. I do not know how to have it launch the OutLook program and put the email address in the correct line of the email. making the confirmation page in FM is not a problem, but having it export to the mail program is where I am running into difficulty.
