script debug not available in .net process

Hi EB,
I want to debug my simple client scripts.
for that i attach the IE process from .net but the Type script is seems to be disable on my machine.
It only shows Win32 in type and not allowing me to use Script. And if i try to break then it shows the message:

Unable to break into the process 'IEXPLORE.EXE'. The process does not contain any programs.

I am using Windows 2k server and enabled the script debugging into browser (IE6).
Pls help me, it is wasting my lot of time.
