Script can not be called under default web directory

Hi:

I have a index.html call some javascripts. when i put all stuff under default web directory, the script can not be called, but if i creat a virtul and put all stuff under that virtul directory, it works well. So i'm wondering if i need to do some register work under default web directory? any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated!!

Just set permission on folder for everyone RXRX and IUSR_SERVERNAME RXRX
