screwed up install

phone manager install hung at %70 so cancelled, now shows in programs/ipoffice/phonemanger but get errors when starting then shuts down, there are none of the usual registry entries so when running setup it doesnt know what state the install is in...someone posted a fix for the registry to add the required keys that show PM as either being there or not...was it you?
