Hi guys....let me preface this by saying...arrgghh...I am used to dealing with T-1's and frame relay, but the new job uses DSL.

The new company has 2 DSL connections that they say are load balanced and are used for failover. Well they aren't. I did the whole let's unplug one line....let's unplug the other line thing.

How in the heck do you configure 2 DSL lines for failover? What do I need. Please keep it cost effective this is a small company.

Thanks in advance

Google Dual WAN routers, they will do what you want, although if the DSL is to the same CO, you may not be as redundant as using one DSL, and one Cable modem

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
