Screenshot Tool for Support

Hi all

The guys at eOne Integrated Business Solutions have developed a new application to aid in customer support. The application is called Screenshot and like it’s name suggests, allows the user to quickly create and email multiple screenshots of Great Plains screens. When the user chooses to send an email, relevant information such as the site name, number of users, Great Plains versions and operating system are included in the body of the email by default. This application is being provided free of charge by eOne to all Great Plains customers.

To create screenshots, open the Capture Screenshots window from the Extras menu (or press Ctrl-S). The Capture Screenshots window will display a list of all open windows. Select the open windows that you want to capture screenshots for and click on the Save or Email button.

The chunk can also be downloaded from eOne’s website, They also have a number of other excellent products, including eXtender and SmartList Builder, which you may also like to take a look at.
