Screenshot to File 1

Is anyone aware of any VBA code that can take a screenshot of a window and save it as an image file (jpeg, gif, whatever..)? Basically, I have a VBA form in word that I want to automatically copy to the clipboard and save to a file. The form contains a bunch of data that I need to display elsewhere. Please advise.
