ScreenSaver Mitel 5360

Good Morning All

Has anyone had success getting the screen saver application working on the 5360 phone running on a Mitel 5000HX with system version 5.0.4.73. The screen saver will launch when you do a reboot on the phone but after the phone is used the screen saver will not start again. I have the screen saver setting set for 1 minute. This is using the default screen saver also.

Have you tested with a different 5360? as far as I can think, this isn't system related but phone related as my 5360 has no issue, make sure the little tick on show image is there in the phone settings.

Otherwise try Mitel LCS and see if that makes a difference.

I don't want to see these flowers or mountains anymore. Is there anyway to customize the screen saver images?

Yes there is a way to customize the screen saver. You need the HTML toolkit to package the file. What type of system do you have? I was able to get it working on a 5000hx.

We have a 3300 ICP v5.0 sp2 PR1 sw 11.0.2.19. I am not a web dev so if it involves in depth programming I will have to sub it out to our designer. Is that what is required?
