Screensaver Channel

I am having an issue with channels - I am trying just to add a channel to my browser and it appears to function but it does not happen - could this be a permissions issue? I ultimately want to create a screensaver via channels and I am just trying to get channels going....

Not very profficient with channels but it just some xml that allows for some stuff like adding favorties to a browser via .cdf files and, obviously, creating screensaver via a web page...
