Screensaver App displaying wrong Date

3300 MXe 9.0.2.18
5340 IP phones

I noticed today following the upgrade of the hardware platform (LX to MXe) that the displayed date of the HTML screensaver application is showing May 28 instead of May 29.

I don't think this is related to the Hdwe upgrade, just that someone finally noticed it today.

Where does this application get it's date from? The time displayed is correct. Only the day is off by 1.

Why didn't you upgrade to 9.0.2.31 ?
9.0.218 was replaced by 9.0.2.28 very fast and that one was gone after 24 hours but is now replaced by 9.0.2.31 (PK2)

I've never chased Mitel's latest code du jour and have no plans to start now. I've been doing Mitel systems for 23 years and am way too old for that crap. We're typically always 1 or 2 releases back from the bleeding edge and have very few scars and bruises to show as a result of that policy. No offense meant, but I haven't the time to be doing the manufacturer's beta trials for them in the retail channel.

When you're supporting 44 sites all for the same customer, all managed in OpsMan, it's pretty important to keep a level playing field else you invite grief.

This was also the first LX-to-MXe migration for us with around 15 or so in queue to follow. The remainder of their sites are already running the MXe and all are at 9.0.2.18. We load new code once a year.

I had this a while ago.
support's solution, recreate using tool and upload again.

it worked. I didn't try just uploading it again though, maybe worth a shot.

also what are you using to create your screen savers. the online thingy?

I've tried re-uploading, same problem. May try re-creating when I get a chance. Thanks. Yes, the online app.

I had the same problem a couple of times on our 3300. I finally just removed the screen saver. No more complaints/problems.
