screensaver and password

I have a Windows 2003 server with citrix.

Following:
when my users are working on the server and they leave there desk and they come back they have to unlock there desktop with username and password. Where can i find the settings to make the time longer before this happens? I can't find it in the policy hope someone can help

Screen Saver executable name
Password protect screen saver
Screen Saver Timeout

I have a windows 2003 server running metaframe xpa. Where is "User Configuration?" Thanks for your help. This has been making me crazy.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that this is a setting in Group Policies.
