Screen size in INI file

I'm a rookie and trying to start an application on a terminal (progress is on the server) The application is on a touch screen and the size displayed is not what I expected. Half of the app disappears and is out of scale. I know that I have to set some value in the INI file, but don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated.
