Screen Saver Not Activating

We have loaded SCRSAVER.NLM to all of our Netware 5.1SP5 servers to provided a little extra console security. All are running the same version of the NLM with the default settings but the screen saver activates after the default 10 min inactivity on only some of the servers.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

What is the command line you use to load the SCRSAVER.NLM?

LOAD SCRSAVER with default settings. Status yields:
Screen saver enabled: Yes
Lock screen saver when saved: Yes
Delay before saving screen: 600 seconds
Automatically clear unlock portal: Yes
Delay before clearing unlock password: 60 sec
Unlock without password: No

FYI, using the NLM dated 7-11-00 seems to work. SP5 NLM is dated 4-9-02. Just wondering why...
