How to set screen resolution from command button onclick ??? Please help me with the coding ....

If this is going out to customers you do need to be careful. Some of the older VDUs don't support higher resolutions and refresh rates (even though the video cards do). It is possible to cause damage to some of the older VDUs by sending data at rates they don't support.

Some users may also consider it bad manners to reset their hardware settings without warning!

I like that. It's bad manners (that was good). I got a picture of the user in my mind and I couldn't stop lauging.

The ocx's in the link I set only display the supported resolutions for the graphics card, so it won't "destroy" the user's hardware.

My concern is with the VDU not the graphics card. Your link picks up graphics card settings correctly, but the card can't see if there's a crummy old VGA monitor on the other end of the wire.
