Hi All,

We have several people in our office with different screen size. Some use laptops. Also, some people because of vision problems, the font size is very large and the resolution is not the same like the rest of the people.

Now, the Access database we use appear different from once screen to another. I see some of the staff will have to scroll left and down to get to the different fields in the database. Other, will only show have of the form on the screen, and some looks normal

what can I do to be able to resolve this issue and have everyone able to view the whole form in the screen?

I've used the code MajP's pointed you at for a number of years, successfully, but you do have to read the literature that accompanies it and be mindful of the caveats listed. The primary, but not only one, is that it works best on an app that is developed in the lowest screen resolution used. In other words, it's most reliable in sizing forms up to a higher resolution.

I agree these techniques work fair, but you kind of have to prepare before the fact not after. Some results may not be aesthetically pleasing.

I know it's a case of shutting the barn door after the horse has bolted, but I always design around the lowest res. It might be a pain but have you considered a redesign, Mr2006?

Probably two of the most important bits of advice every posted on this site, if you simply replace lowest res with lowest common denominator!
