Screen Resolution...Netscape is microscopic

I have an AIX newbie user, and I'm his IT support guy, but I know less about the system than he does. He's using Netscape, but everything is so small he can barely read it. I know in Windows this would be an issue of re-sizing the desktop area, e.g., from 1024x768 to 800x600. What do we do on this machine so that he can read his web pages without suffering from eye strain?

smit -> devices ->graphic displays -> select display resolution ->decrese your resolution

Thanks, we found it...but the little guy runs and falls down. It's set at 1600x1200 at 60Hz, and I tried several different resolutions, all with the same result. Any further tips?
