Is there somewhere that I can download a screen reader so that I can hear what blind people would hear when they visit the websites I build?

There's a free one listed, but most of the others have trial versions.

There's a sneaky trick with the IBM trial to let you visit any URL, rather than just IBM websites, which I'd be happy to share with you if you contacted me (can't go broadcasting it - they might just fix it otherwise, and they I'd have to buy a copy!)
