Screen Popping

Hi

Bit of advice please.

We come across a number of customer wanting screen pop with there CRM.
On the old phone manager pro, there was built in option, goldmine, maximiser, act etc.

Now in one x there is only outlook or sales force.

Is there anything in one x that will allow screen popping for other CRM?

I was think more in the lines of what screen pop integration we can do with the Avaya out of the box like the phone manager pro rather then use third party apps.

You have SDK to make a TAPI integration. There is nothing else ...

Screen popping is always dependant on something monitoring the system output and acting on it as oppose to the system triggering the pop somehow

Avaya really screwed up ditching phone manager.

It was faster that OXP, much more integrated than OXP, was great at TAPI integration like screen popping, looked better than OXP and could act as a softphone.

They should have simply kept developing it. Even forgetting how much better it was than OXP, the softphones we have now are pants in comparison and still don't offer what PMP did 7/8 years ago, yet they cost far more to implement overall...that's progress for you

Yes PMP was more work to install, but they could have helped with that, and at least it was worth the effort anyway
