We run ACT 6.0 here. Have the 6.03 patch and hotfix installed. We also run an AVAYA IP500 phone system that can screenpop ACT on incoming call. This works fine if the number being checked is in the PHONE field but what if incoming call comes from customers mobile and not primary office phone. I placed test mobile number in and it doesnt pop. I place it within phone field and it pops. Is it a limitation of ACT6 for fields that can popup... and later ACT required???
