Screen Pop not working or triggering

Avaya 8.1 using Workplace v3.32(latest) and AADS for config

Created a test screen pop

name=google,trigger=INCOMINGRINGING,triggerOnlyForVDN=1,vdn=70555,type=EXTERNALBROWSER,url=https://www.google.com/search?q=<m>;

added to AADS dynamic config in the SCREEN_POP_LIST section (without the quote marks i.e exactly as above) and I can see it added to the client in the workplace UccLog but on an incoming call nothing happens.

Also tried using it to just launch notepad and that doesn't do anything either. Can't see anything in the ucclog to indicate it has tried to trigger it either.

Has anyone managed to get screen pops working?
 
If I disable the triggeronlyforvdn then the screen pop works ok with both internal and external browser.

Looks like the VDN is not being sent to the workplace client, can't find an option where to enable this in either the VDN or Vector?

Can see in the ucclog that some VDN info is coming through

Is there no experience of screen pop or workplace here?
