screen pop incoming number with name on phone

What is required to match an incoming number to a name in database and display this on the phone ? Can Microsoft LCS do this on softphone ?

96xx verison 2.0 will do it if the number matches one in the phones Contact list
Number stored in the phone must be same or longer than the received CLI

On CM4 and above, you can also use IPagent in "shared control" mode without paying for additional licenses. The agents can use their digital or hardphones as normal and just have IPagent running minimized in the background of their PC to do the POPS.
