Screen Painter - Can't save a copy

Hi,

I'm trying to copy a report in screen painter but I always get a failed when trying to copy.

I select the select the report I want and click 'get copy...' I fill the fields in i.e. name, description and user ID and cusom is checked but everytime I click copy it fails...

Has anyone any idea why this is?

typo? case?

just type the name then select "find one" before trying to COPY.

I've already found the report I want to copy by doing the find one. Once in the report i do a 'get copy...' and put the name I wish the report to be saved to...

Do I have to save as the same name, if so how do I change the name?

You have to save the name of the new report first, then go to "get copy of report" and locate the existing report you're copying in. You should be able to save the copy after that.
