Screen on 9611 IP set indicating that the call is being recorded - can this be removed? 3

Hi all,

Attempting to surreptitiously record a specific users call due to suspected corporate shenanigans. I have removed the .wav file in VM pro indicating the call is being recorded, but the screen on the 9611 set still indicates the call is being recorded. Is there any way this can be removed? Thank you!!!

Yes you can do that.
Open the config -> go to Voicemail and select the option "hide auto recording"

This will remove the notification on the phones.
