Screen movement on centred div

I've completely redone the basic layout in css

Can anyone tell me why the three pages

training.htm policies.htm and links.htm are all slightly offest in comparison to the others?

They all have tables inside the rightmaincontent div, but I'm at a bit of a loss...

Are you sure your are not expecting to much ? If you write invalid documents why should the browsers render them as you imagine ?
