Screen Logger lock space low (ver 8.7)

I know the lock rules for logger but I did not know the screen server also has lock considerations. Does anybody know the rules as they relate to screen capture and why we would be running low on lock space?

check scheduler and how many schedules you are running. in a qa system the screen/audio will be locked for evalautaion and then for a further 7 days for calibration have a look at how many scheduled you have running and see if you can clean up
