This one has got me stumped folks, now and again when I am on line the screen freezes, the mouse arrow moves but cannot click on anything, no buttons work so I have to reset, sometimes a soft reset does not work. I have several customers who also experience this problem and one uses AOL's browser so it's not down to Ex5.5. Can any one help!! cheers

Have you upgraded to SP2 at Windows Update?
Try the Internet Explorer repair feature first. Go to Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Add/Remove Programs, scroll down until you see Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 & Internet Tools, click the Add/Remove button and select repair.
Or go to Start>Run, type msinfo32, click the Tools menu and select Internet Explorer Repair Tool.
