How can i make my screen fonts smoother like it was displayed on the other sites? What should i use Dynamic or Static?

dynamic or static depends on your site..are you scaling the site or leaving it pixel height and width?.if your leaving your dimensions set to pixels i use dynamic..if not use static for scaling issues, but embed the font for a crisper looking font..

If i use static,percent,center then when i click maximize(my window explorer) then text begun to strech. Any idea what i'm doin wrong? THANKZ!
