Screen does not move down when tab entered

I have a form that is larger than the screen. When data entry person comes to the end of what is on the screen and hits tab, it moves to the field, but the screen does not change to show that the cursor has moved to the next field which does not appear on the screen. Is there a way to make the screen to move down on the form?

I would suggest that you either change the screen resolution size to 1024x768 or make the form smaller.
