Screen Capture Video?

I do short PowerPoint tutorials for work. It would be easier to show it in a movie. Is there a way to show screen capture of the actual procedures i.e. Click start, control panel, video, select 2d monitor, then click....

To make a short video using the actual computer explaining step by step procedures would be better then a PowerPoint.

So is there a way to make screen capture video. Maybe adding audio over top

As Lemon says you have Camtasia, there is also

I would say that Camtasia is perhaps a little too much for what you want where as Snagit or Fraps may prove more worthwhile (and cheaper).
