Hello -

I'm looking for a Snagit-like software that has the following features:
-- When running, is always recording the screen.
-- When an option is pressed, the last 30 (60, 90, whatever) seconds of screen capture video is dumped to a file.
-- Is customizable for how many frames per second to record, hotkeys for dumping to file, etc...
-- Is not too harsh on the CPU.

I admin a few machines that depend on speed. When an application is running slower, I need to know what was on the screen over the past 30 seconds or so, accurate down to 15 frames a second or so.

Any help is appreciated. We've developed in-house apps for this, but they just arn't 100% of what we need and we are running into problems developing them. Hoping something off the shelf is available.

Thanks!
-Andrew

That's looking pretty good. I like that I can have it save just the last minute of the recording session. Now just some tweaking to allow it to always be running and give a hotkey to dump that minute to a file and it's perfect.

This gave our developer some good ideas. Thank you.
