Screen capture problems

Hello

We have version 9.10 as well as nortel CC6/symposium, and have a full recording environment.

Certain agents on our system do not seem to be producing any screen capture data. These accounts all contain the correct Windows and CC6 logins, and screen capture is working perfectly for the rest of the call centre agents. We have tested that all of the positions if the call centre produce screen capture with other agents.

This seems only affects agents created since the installation of the system.

Does the server need to be "refreshed" in some way to synchronise with our desktop network?

Any clues would be most appreciated.

 
can you see the agents that arent recording screen in nice monitor,business analyser if perform. only one screen logger, is it the reporting server. try the sltester on logger and point it at ip of agent where screen agent is installed
 
Have you added the new agents to a schedule to be screen recorded?
