probably simple answer to this;
customer has extn dir=200 digital port and dir=250 analogue port.
anyone calling 200 has to be answered by 250 who will screen the call then tranfer to 200. System is bc10

Solutions please?

will 200 not still ring first before it diverts, the customer wants all calls to ring 250 first??

if call is external set a NUTRI from 200 to 250, then the external call for 200 will go to 250, then transfer internal to 200.

if internal also, PELPI on 200 CHO1=250 CHO2=200. when 250 dial 200, 250 is busy so will go to 200.

Hi,

Divert the calls from 200... e.g. in the UK feature code is *2#

no license available for pelpi ;
can the customer just dial *21*250# from extn 200 so all calls go to 250 but allow 250 to call 200??

put the *2 from 200 to 250 and use by-pass of diversion *60 to call 200 from 250

... and program key for *60 on 250 and label as 'call 200'
