Screen Agent on virtual Machine

Has anyone had experience with the screen agent running on virtual desktop?

I installed screenagent v9.10.01.11 on a XP SP2 VM running on ESX3.5. It runs the install smoothly with no errors and prompts me to reboot.

I do, login normally, but i don't see screenagent running as a process.

Has anyone had experience with screenagent and VM's?

It's possible the agent is failing to talk to the hardware layer (assuming you are configured for hooking mode). Try configuring it to use scraper mode so it doesn't need to. Also check the screen agent log files on the vm machine.
