Im a switch tech and Im working with vendors that are using a cisco call manager. I have a tech out there and he is able to complete 800 traffic calls from the NIU with no issues.. behind the customers equipment we get a loud screeching on the receiving end. the originator gets dead air. Ive isolated this to the PBX but the vendor isnt sure what the issue is.This is only on 800 traffic!! im trying to help out. any info would be great! Thanks
